Indira is extremely muscular, with a bulky physique. She has the words 'NO CHANCE' tattooed on her stomach.

Setting

Indira's world runs on RPG mechanics, of which she is aware. In the ancient past magic was sealed from the world. This freed normal humans from the control of Mages, humans that possess the power to use magic for various ends.

A short time before Indira was born, magic was returned to the world. Her father, [personal profile] Feda Gandamak, met her mother Nami Chatterjee when on an adventure. She was raised by her normal human mother in an an environment with very little stimulation for a Mage child. Rebellious by nature, she often ran away from home to find excitement even from a very young age. She grew to be a resourceful and talented Mage whom her human mother could barely control. She was the child of Feda's most often visited by him, due to the fact she would behave for a short while on his request and so was called frequently to see her.

When Indira was nine, Feda died alongside his companions saving the world from a cataclysmic enemy. Now almost completely without an anchor, she became too much for Nami to handle and within a year was sent to live with Denise Walls, the mother of her half-brother Chuck. Denise was a strong Mage in her own right and supplied a more stable environment for Indira, but she couldn't suppress her wild side either. At sixteen, Indira was allowed to leave to find excitement and to avoid hurting her family further. She eventually settled into being a bounty hunter and occasional gladiator. Whilst hunting a target, she came across a bandit camp using the power of a demon named Molcoh, a creature with some significance in her family history. Taking it as her own, the curse required to own it made her hair black and eyes blue- she has partially subjugated it, regaining some of her white hair.

Personality

Indira is a poster child for the 'Modern Mage Problem'. She has very little respect for anyone or anything that doesn't personally earn it from her, minimal regard for laws or social conventions, but without the ambition to take command or control of anything in particular. She is content to live her life her own way with no grand goals or even basic aims, a wanderer that does as she pleases and doesn't much think about the consequences of her actions. She has a violent disposition and whilst it is not always her first choice, she considers it to be a valid option in any scenario. She experiences what is known as Battle Fanaticism, hooked on the rush of combat. Her nickname, Blood Spattered Chatterjee, is well earned.

Rough and rowdy but extremely friendly and cheerful, she is rarely without a smile and a joke, even when massively inappropriate. Whilst she is happy to get along with nearly anyone, she tends to shy away from deeper connections. She acknowledges that her behaviour is destructive to herself and harmful to those she cares about- but instead of working to improve herself, she chooses merely to keep a limited number of people in her heart. She also has worries about abandonment. Every parental figure she's had has either left her, sent her away or allowed her to go on her own. She now prefers to leave on her own terms.

Though she is easygoing most of the time, she has a bit of an explosive temper, especially in regards to people picking on the weak.

Clothing

When going into action, Indira typically wears short tanktops that do not cover her navel underneath a black leather jacket with white pads attached to the shoulders and elbows, as well was leather pants with similar pads on the knees. The pads look similar to small skulls. She usually wears similar boots.

Her casual wear is generally low-rise jeans and crop tops, usually with something stupid written on it. She wears open toe sandals most of the time.

Abilities

Possessing the Mage class of Fighter, Indira has very simple but extremely effective abilities. All of her physical capabilities are extremely high, vastly beyond humans limits by a factor of thousands. She however has no spell casting capabilities of any sort, instead using what are called Combat Maneuvers. These are special moves with impossible effects that, rather than using MP have cooldowns before they can be used again. These are largely simple boosts, such as increasing accuracy or temporarily boosting her defences.

She is proficient in practically any form of handheld weaponry one can imagine and chooses not to specialise, instead happily swapping between weapons based on the moment.

She, as is common to all Mages, possess the ability to summon creatures that have sworn loyalty to her at a cost of her magic power. She is unusual in that her collection does not reflect any particular theme or strategy- it is a chaotic mix of whatever she likes when she sees it.

Like all Mages, she has a 'fifth and a half sense' that allows an existing sense to detect magic. In her case, it is one of the rarest- her sight. She can therefore instantly and accurately see magic even when it is not normally visually detectable.
